Terms of service

1. General

These terms govern your use of the FOUR STUDIOS online store, operated from Queensland, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
Product images are for reference; slight colour variation may occur between screens and garments
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities per customer
Stock is limited; adding an item to your bag does not reserve it

3. Orders

An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email
We may cancel and refund orders suspected of fraud or reseller/bot activity
Some items are made to order and require production time before dispatch

4. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. In summary: 14 days from delivery, tags must remain attached — garments with broken or removed tags cannot be refunded. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos and content are the property of FOUR STUDIOS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
