+ How much is shipping?
Australia is $10 AUD standard tracked — and FREE on orders over $150. International shipping is $30 AUD tracked.
+ How long until my order arrives?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (made-to-order pieces can take a little longer in production). Delivery estimates after dispatch: Australia 2–7 business days, New Zealand 6–12, rest of the world 10–21. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.
+ What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item — it must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. If the tags have been broken, removed, or detached, the garment cannot be refunded. Email us with your order number to start a return.
+ Can I exchange for a different size?
The fastest route is to return your item and place a new order — stock is limited and we can't hold sizes.
+ How does the sizing fit?
Most FOUR STUDIOS pieces are cut oversized / boxy. If you prefer a more regular fit, consider sizing down. Size details are listed on each product page.
+ What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
+ Do I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country — these are the buyer's responsibility.
