Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags still attached
- In original packaging
If the tags have been broken, removed, or detached from the garment, the item is not eligible for a refund.
To start a return, email aryanpatter1@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the item is faulty. We recommend tracked postage — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Faulty items — your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply regardless of the 14-day return window and are not limited by this policy.
Exclusions
- Sale items are final unless faulty
- Items showing wear, washing, or with broken/removed tags will be returned to sender
Exchanges
For a different size, the fastest route is to return your item and place a new order — stock is limited and we cannot hold sizes.
